I started Eureka Pizza over 16 Years ago. I wanted my own business and I was tired of buying plain, over-priced pizza. So I bought a pizza restaurant. I was just 26 years old with a bank loan and a big idea. I dreamed of a pizza restaurant with awesome pizza and affordable prices, since my family couldnt afford to eat pizza often when I was a kid. I learned everything possible about pizza. I went to the worlds top baking school to learn from the very best.
